Accepted Students Forms and Information

This section only pertains to participants who have been accepted and are attending the Institute.

Each TFAS International Institute requires participants to complete pre-institute paperwork that ensures prompt payment and services before and during the Institute. Please be sure to read the description and directions about the forms before completing them. You are not required to submit every form unless requested by TFAS.

Below is a list of AIPE requirements for all attending participants:

1. Travel Form: The Travel Form provides TFAS with the pertinent travel information of each participant. This information is necessary in case any issues arrive during travel or if extra accomodation is needed due to visa restrictions. This form should be completed before the participant leaves for the Institute. We understand that travel details take some time to arrange so it is possible to delay this form until your travel reservations have been confirmed. (AIPE 2010 form will be available in January, 2010). Please send this form as an email attachment.

2. Payment Information : Payment information indicates the methods of payment TFAS will accept from each participant. AIPE tuition is listed in US Dollars.

Payment for the Institute is accepted in four ways. Consult the payment form on specific instructions for each method. For specific payment questions please contact Ms. Kelsey Strampe , Manager, AIPE. DO NOT SEND CASH:

AIPE participants can pay for the institute in four ways:

• Credit Card
• Wire Transfer
• PayPal
• Check or Money Order - Please make checks payable to 'The Fund for American Studies' and write 'AIPE' in the subject line. Checks or Money Orders should be sent to:

3. One Electronic Photo: AIPE requires that you send one photo electronically for our program booklet. This photo should be similar to standard passport size of just yourself. Please send this scanned picture to Ms. Kelsey Strampe , Manager, AIPE.
