The Euro-Med Journalism Institute seeks applicants with experience or education in journalism. Participants will be selected based on their qualifications and application materials.
Admitted participants will receive scholarships covering most meals, housing, reading materials, and special events. Participants are responsible for travel costs, some meals, and personal expenses. Each participant will be required to pay at least 150 Euros.
To be considered for admission, one must submit the Online Application Form and the application materials listed on our website via our online application system Apply Yourself, mail, or by fax before the application deadline. All faxes must have a cover page with the applicant’s name listed on each page. The Fund for American Studies is not responsible for incomplete applications. Material received after the application deadline will not be accepted. All application materials must be in English. Do not send attachments by email. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. A complete application consists of the following:
- Typed, one page resume or curriculum vitae (CV ):. A resume or CV must be in an outline format with at least the following headings: Education, Work Experience, and Activities.
- A typed statement-of-purpose not to exceed 500 words stating your reasons for applying to the Institute, and what you would like to gain by attending.
