Accepted Students Forms and Information

This section only pertains to participants who have been accepted to and are attending ILA.

Each TFAS International Institute requires participants to complete pre-institute paperwork before and during the Institute. Please be sure to read the description and directions about the forms before completing them.

Below is a list of requirements for all attending participants:

1. Travel Form: The Travel Form provides TFAS with the pertinent travel information of each participant. This information is necessary in case any issues arise during travel or if extra accommodation is needed. This form should be completed before the participant leaves for the Institute.

Please send your Travel Form to Brigit Moore at bmoore@tfas.org, Admissions Assistant, International Programs. For specific payment questions please contact Ms. Brigit Moore, Admissions Coordinator International Programs.

2 .Payment Information: ILA tuition is listed in dollars.

ILA participants can pay for the institute in four ways:

  • Credit Card- The system only accepts USD. You will need to convert the amount of your home country's currency into USD
  • Wire Transfer - please email Brigit Moore for more detailed information
  • PayPal
  • Check or Money Order

3.One Electronic Photo: ILA requires that you send one photo electronically for our program booklet. This photo should be similar to standard passport size of just yourself. You can send these photos to bmoore@tfas.org.
