AIPE – Hong Kong
Each TFAS international program requires participants to complete pre-institute paperwork. This section is for participants who have been accepted to and are attending the TFAS International program in Hong Kong.
Below is a list of AIPE requirements for all attending participants:
It is important that the Hong Kong program staff have your travel information before the program in case any issues arrive during your trip or if extra accommodation is needed. The travel form should be completed as soon as you make your travel arrangements to the program. We understand that travel details take some time to arrange so it is possible to delay this until your travel reservations have been confirmed.
Your tuition payment is due in full by the date specified in your acceptance letter. AIPE tuition is listed in US Dollars. Payment for the program is accepted in four ways.

Please upload a digital passport-sized photograph of yourself for the AIPE student biographies and indicated your t-shirt size by completing this form.
All accepted students require a visa to attend AIPE – Hong Kong. You are responsible for obtaining a student visa before entering Hong Kong regardless of your nationality. The University of Hong Kong will assist you in securing your student visa and will also serve as your sponsor. The online application for sponsorship of your student visa and the official Hong Kong student visa application form can be accessed here: http://www.aal.hku.hk/summerinstitute/summervisa/visa/.
Detailed instructions will be sent out by email. The deadline to submit the online visa form is March 15. Students from Afghanistan, Cuba, Laos, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Nepal, and Vietnam must submit the online application by March 1, as the process takes longer. There is a HK $900 visa processing fee that you must pay. Please note that the processing time for visa application is between 8 – 12 weeks, so it is important to submit your application on time.
